本會已寄出有關「7‧23賣旗日」領取旗袋及賣旗日當日的各項詳情信件予成功登記的義工。如已登記的義工於7月10日還未收到任何信件、電郵或電話通知，請致電2833 6139 向本會職員查詢。

各成功登記的義工請於以下其中一個時段到指定地點領取旗袋及旗子:

時段(一)
日期： 7月12日 (星期六)
時間： 上午10時至下午6時
地點： 跑馬地藍塘道60號3樓 聯合國兒童基金會辦事處

** 往本會辦事處的交通：
  1. 銅鑼灣蘭芳道乘30號綠色專線小巴到載德街，沿藍塘道上斜路。
  2. 於紅磡隧道口坐城巴117號到跑馬地總站，117由深水埗開出，經旺角/佐敦/油麻地；
或

時段(二)
日期： 7月13日 (星期日)
時間： 下午2時30分至9時30分
地點： 旺角上海街557 號旺角綜合大樓二樓 旺角社區中心會議室
(旺角朗豪酒店側)

如閣下未能在上述時段領取旗袋及旗子，可於7月14日至19日到本會的跑馬地辦事處補領旗袋，本會星期一至五的開放時間為上午9時至下午1時、下午2時至6時，星期六為上午9時下午1時。

若閣下未能在7月19 日或之前親自領取旗袋或授權他人代領旗袋，本會將取消閣下於是次賣旗活動的登記。


Confirmation letters and the guidelines regarding the 「7‧23 Flag Day」 have already been sent to volunteers who have successfully signed up for the event. If you fail to receive any mail, e-mail or call from our staff by 10th July 2008, please contact us at 2833 6139 for more details.

Please kindly collect the two items during one of the time slots as shown below:

Time Slot 1:
Date : 12th July, 2008(SAT) - 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Venue : Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF office, 3/F, 60 Blue Pool Road, Happy Valley

Transport to the office:
  1. Take Mini Bus No. 30 on Lang Fong Road in Causeway Bay to Blue Pool Road and walk up the slope along Blue Pool Road.
  2. Take CityBus No. 117 at the Hunghom Cross-Harbour Tunnel Bus Station to the bus terminus; then walk up the slope along Blue Pool Road.
OR

Time Slot 2:
Date : 13th July, 2008(SUN) - 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Venue : Conference Room, Mong Kok Community Centre L2, Mong Kok Complex, 557 Shanghai Street, Mong Kok
(next to Mongkok Langham Hotel)

If you are unavailable to collect the items during any of the given time slots, please kindly come to our Happy Valley office between 14th July, 2008 - 19th July, 2008 for the collection. The office hours are from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. and 2:P.M. to 5:30 P.M. on Monday to Friday; 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. on Saturday.

If you are unable to collect the items before 19th July, 2008, we regret to cancel your registration for the UNICEF's 「7‧23 Flag Day」.
