Please read carefully the information below before entering the system.
We only accept credit card transaction for online registration. Please submit your application by post if you settle payment by cheque.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners’ Club. However, some card issuing banks do not support online payment. Please check with your own card issuing bank for details. For American Express or Diners’ Club, we will need at least one week to proceed your payment.
For credit cards verified by Visa, whenever you make payment online with your registered Visa credit card, you will be asked to input your password to authenticate your identity. Otherwise, your payment request will be declined by the card issuing bank. If you forgot the Verified by Visa password, you have to contact your card issuing bank for assistance.
Check the following system requirements for using online registration:
Javascript enabled web browsers such as Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Firefox 1.5 or above, Safari 2.0 or above
Web browsers must be 128-bit enabled
Web browsers must accept cookie from a particular website.
