Officer, Education (Youth Engagement)  


  • Design and conduct training and participatory programmes for youth and volunteers joining UNICEF HK’s activities.
  • Design and implement initiatives or platforms for sustainable youth and volunteer engagement.
  • Develop and produce training materials and guides for youth and volunteers.
  • Maintain a good relationship with volunteers, school teachers, principals and partners.
  • Assist in organizing youth activities, school outreach programmes, and advocacy and PR events.


  • University graduate with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in training and facilitation, social sciences, youth work.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proactive, creative, independent; able to work under pressure, long hours and on weekend.
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Director, Corporate Services


This is a key role that reports directly to the Chief Executive and is responsible for following functions of HKCU:

  • Fully accountable for all the corporate support functions including Finance, Office Administration, Human Resources, IT and Company Secretarial/Council and legal matters
  • Responsible for the full set of finance reporting, auditing and internal control process of the HK Committee
  • Drive process re-engineering for enhanced operation efficiency through working closely with the Fundraising and Advocacy & PR departments
  • Champion the budgeting and strategy planning of the HK Committee and coordinate the development of the annual Joint Strategic Plan with all business functions and support departments


  • University graduate majoring in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Qualified CPA with minimum 15 years of accounting or relevant experience
  • Broader management experience besides finance and accounting required, such as company secretary, I.T. and admin/HR functions
  • Financial Controller and CFO experience preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen expected
  • Good interpersonal skills and aspiration for building teamwork

Fundraising Officer (Customer Service)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operation with external service providers, and internal Donor Supporter Service Unit to deliver donor service
  • Manage the updating of gift / donor records, and the delivery of donation processing services
  • Answer donor enquiries, email and follow-up calls
  • Oversee in house telemarketing team’s roster, salary and leave records
  • Support donor acquisition campaigns

Background and Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3 years of experience with Customer Services, or Donor Services;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM solution or equivalent constituent database, but not a must
  • Experience in planning and implementing in house face-to-face street fundraising or promotion team is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.

Project Lead, Fundraising Events

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for driving project outcomes, developing and tracking project plans and identifying risks to delivery, along with a plan to mitigate them
  • Monitor and follow through spending to ensure it is within agreed and approved budget. And work closely with other Fundraising teams and Departments for best coordination in delivering results and deployment of possible resources (including external parties, vendors, agencies and event supporters/volunteers)
  • Develop effective communications and briefings to ensure key stakeholders are updated within agreed timeframes
  • Lead the implementation of assigned projects of ongoing major fundraising events effectively and efficiently as per agreed plan
  • Provide support to the team, and other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time


The position will act highly independently to produce results. He / She is expected to be:

  1. A university degree in business, marketing, or related disciplines
  2. At least 8 years of experience in project management, including relevant experiences of management large scale events
  3. Goal-oriented self-starter who is able to be both a proactive leader and a hands-on participant in a collaborative work environment focused on achieving results
  4. Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation
  5. Proven ability to work according to timeline and milestones, and to work independently, multi-task, while meeting tight deadlines
  6. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

Fundraising Officer

 Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Support Fundraising Department on daily copy writing and translation duties.
  • Assist in the development of bilingual messaging and stories for print and digital communications, including brochure, booklet, advertorial copy, web copy, social media, multimedia or other material.

Event coordination

  • Support the Fundraising Department on print collateral, email marketing and publications etc.
  • Support fundraising events by assisting to develop media and marketing materials

Administrative coordination

  • Liaise with marketing and design vendors to produce marketing materials

Background and Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experiences in project management;
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, complex tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven ability to work accordingly to timeline and milestones;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with people of all levels;
  • Keen attention to detail, flexibility in high-pressure situations and the willingness to assist with all tasks needed;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint
