Digital Business Analyst

The position will take on the responsibilities in collaborating with different stakeholders and users in guiding digital transformation projects for Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (hereafter HKCU). Role and Responsibilities 

  • Keep a tab of social media tools to explore new platforms to enhance online visibility and engagements with stakeholders

Senior Digital Solutions Engineer

The position is mainly responsible for the setup, administration, maintenance, implementation and support of IT infrastructure, payment gateway, data and security systems on cloud or on on-prem platforms for Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (hereafter HKCU). Lead, UI/UX Design

  • Lead visual design, interaction design, design thinking and design management for all HKCU’s digital assets such as web, apps, systems, and CRM etc

Lead – Fundraising Operations

Leading a donor data management team, the incumbent is responsible for managing donor’s data and the business (fundraising operational) process we use to integrate it to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. S/he also takes lead to regularly review and redesign, if necessary, the business process to ensure business expectations are met.

  • Ensure data and business process comply with our internal guidelines and data protection regulations

Assistant Manager – Donor Retention & Service

Purpose of the Job

The position holder is the primary driver and champion for retention and churn reduction of individual donors. Supported by internal manpower and outsourced agencies, this incumbent oversees the donor services function including handling donor enquiries through service calls, emails and letters related to donations and gift processing.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Create, analyze and maximize existing retention campaigns and appeals; propose and create new initiatives that will increase donor retention, reduce churn of regular giving supporters and maximize donation amounts
  • Oversee and drive improvement of the donor journey in relation to retention through the deployment of channels including email, instant messaging and telemarketing
  • Manage outsourced agencies relating to donor retention and services, addressing and resolving issues, ensuring ROIs and performance are on track
  • Develop and manage a systematic approach, appropriate protocols, and service level agreements related to the handling of donor enquiries, complaints and donation termination to drive donor service excellence
  • Develop and update regular retention reports, draw insights and make recommendations on achieving assigned KPIs
