Development & Operations Manager, Fundraising
Job description
Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission. We are now seeking a key fundraising team member in driving donor growth and fundraising performance. Working closely with the Head of Stewardship & Services, you will manage donor prospecting channels, oversee day‑to‑day fundraising operations, and strengthen long‑term donor engagement across multiple platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and expand donor prospecting channels for monthly and one‑off support, including face‑to‑face and off‑line platforms.
- Plan, assess and develop channels to acquire potential donors and implement effective fundraising campaigns to maximize results.
- Develop and manage donor recruitment campaigns, including thematic cross‑collaboration across different channels.
- Manage external agencies and face‑to‑face service providers to drive donor acquisition while maintaining high standards and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Arrange and execute stewardship work-plans, including gratitude and appreciation initiatives, impact reporting and relationship‑building beyond transactional touchpoints.
- Oversee daily donation operations for the fundraising team across all segments and channels, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow‑up.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, with at least 5 years of experience in customer or donor acquisition, business development, sales, channel marketing or related areas.
- Strong result orientation, with proven experience working towards and achieving KPIs.
- Flexible, patient and donor‑/ customer-centric, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational ability and solid problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

AI Applied Engineer
Job description

Role and Responsibilities
- Write production-ready code to seamlessly integrate LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent features directly into core ERP modules
- Replace rigid, manual data-entry processes with intelligent, automated software workflows powered by AI APIs.
- Design application-layer data pipelines to feed real-time ERP data into AI models for automated insights, reconciliation, or reporting.
- Build and deploy internal proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to validate how AI can solve specific operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure all custom ERP integrations and API connectors adhere to high-quality coding standards, robust error handling, and clean documentation.
- Partner directly with internal business users to map out operational bottlenecks and design bespoke applications that solve them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or engineering fields.
- 2+ years in software development / ERP projects.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade enterprise applications.
- Strong background in cloud computing, hybrid environments, data integration patterns, and modern software design.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

Specialist, Corporate Partnerships
Job description
This position is expected to assist Lead, Corporate Partnerships in delivering campaigns and solicit event sponsorships, to mobilize the private sector resources in Hong Kong to fulfill UNICEF’s humanitarian and development missions for children in need.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively approach prospects and drive collaborative partnerships to solicit financial and non-financial contribution from the corporate partners and corporate foundations in Hong Kong.
- Working closely with corporate partners, corporate members and event sponsors to deliver successful local partnerships and events.
- Assist in planning, assessing and implementing strategies to retain and grow corporate donors.
- Administrative supports in operations and logistics related to corporate partnerships.
Requirements
- Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and communications, backed by a strong social and professional network.
- Strong analytical skills to drive effective results and provide market assessment.
- A self-motivator and self-learner, able to acquire and build knowledge on the job or through UNICEF’s internal resource or market contact and experience.
- Excellent English & Chinese writing skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, or fundraising in non-profit organization including relevant experiences with corporate donors. Regional or global exposure is an advantage.

Lead/ Specialist, Philanthropy
Job description
Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission. We are now seeking a motivated Lead/ Specialist, Philanthropy to engage with High-Value and Mid-Level donors to support our fundraising strategy.
Role and Responsibilities

Support new High-Value (HV) and Mid-Level (ML) donor acquisition to maximize fundraising results

Support the team with desk and market research to identify HV & ML prospects

Assist in carrying out the stewardship activities to build the strong HV & ML donor relationships and trust

Prepare presentation, proposal, reports and donors’ communications materials

Work closely with the Donor Analytics team and Finance Department to ensure that all data and income generated through acquisition activities is recorded in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in High-Value donor acquisition, business development, sales and channel marketing, or related experiences

Ability to produce high-quality written materials tailored to high value donors
