Assistant Manager, Advocacy and Community Outreach
Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission. We are now seeking an Assistant Manager, Advocacy and Community Outreach to join our team to co-create a better environment for children, youth, and families!
Role and Responsibilities
- Formulate, execute and monitor programmes to deliver the organization advocacy strategy
- Lead the team to deliver the department objectives and to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of various programmes
- Prepare reports and proposals with research and analysis to support the organization advocacy initiatives
- Handle project and administrative matters such as budgetary control, correspondence handling, coordination of meetings, documents record and filing
- Engage schools, corporate partners, community organisations and other stakeholders
- Support partnership development and programme growth
Requirements
- Have a strong passion to drive UNICEF’s Child-Friendly City initiative and values align with UNICEF’s vision
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, social sciences or a relevant field with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in children, youth and family services. Candidate with more experience would be considered for the Manager position
- Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese; good command in MS Office
- Proven experience in programme delivery, workshop facilitation or activity management
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
- Well-organised, responsible and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about advancing the well-being and rights of children, young people and families

Officer, Advocacy and Community Outreach
Job description

We are now seeking an Officer in our Donor Service team to support UNICEF Hong Kong fund-raising programmes.
Job Highlights
- Handle donor enquiries from different channels
- Perform data management for various campaigns
- Passionate about charity work
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling donor enquiries including but not limited to phone, email, mail, social media, walk-in, in a timely and good customer service manner
- Follow up with donor enquiries include but not limit to,
- Conduct Churn Save communication for donors request to cancel
- Conduct outbound Debit Fail follow up, bounced mailing follow up calls
- Process data files for fundraising campaigns, ensure that the data derived from these activities is maintained in accurate and up-to-date status in CRM records
- Generate data reports from fundraising campaigns to provide summaries for supervisor
Requirements
- Form 5 or above, passed in HKCEE/DSE English and Chinese
- 1 year of experience with customer services or call-centre telemarketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
- Good computer literacy, data entry skills, Chinese words input
- Familiar with MS office software including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Attention to detail, high accuracy and result-oriented

AI Applied Engineer
Job description
Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission.
Role and Responsibilities
- Write production-ready code to seamlessly integrate LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent features directly into core ERP modules
- Replace rigid, manual data-entry processes with intelligent, automated software workflows powered by AI APIs.
- Design application-layer data pipelines to feed real-time ERP data into AI models for automated insights, reconciliation, or reporting.
- Build and deploy internal proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to validate how AI can solve specific operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure all custom ERP integrations and API connectors adhere to high-quality coding standards, robust error handling, and clean documentation.
- Partner directly with internal business users to map out operational bottlenecks and design bespoke applications that solve them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or engineering fields.
- 2+ years in software development / ERP projects.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade enterprise applications.
- Strong background in cloud computing, hybrid environments, data integration patterns, and modern software design.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
